Carnegie Mellon Neighborhood Commons

At 黑料专区, building community and connection is embedded into the fabric of campus life. The CMU Neighborhood Commons are places that do just that.

Each neighborhood commons, spaces funded by CMU Housing Services, strives to be a place for members of the CMU community to build relationships, make connections, share ideas and explore their creativity.

Each of the Neighborhood Commons exhibits a unique piece of public art to complement the space.

With a hearth at the center, the Fifth Avenue Commons offers dance, multipurpose, music/jam and study rooms.

With an indoor/outdoor hearth as a centerpiece, the Margaret Morrison Commons offers an active wellness studio, as well as collaboration, media, music and study spaces.
